It's been a while since I've posted about a real party. This one was unlike any I've planned before, and so much fun! My husband recently started dental school, and us wives try to get together whenever we can. Since the school is brand new to Utah, and something really exciting for our community, I thought some local businesses might want to help me welcome everyone at a dessert night especially for the spouses. I am SO thankful to all who made donations to help make this a special night for the dental school ladies. The Sweet Tooth Fairy (who else for a dental party?) provided us with cupcakes for everyone, and some of their AWESOME cakebites as a giveaway. Our other giveaways for the night included gift cards from 9 Salon & Spa and Menchies Frozen Yogurt. The Flower Shop at Soda Row donated some adorable fall arrangements, and So and Such etsy shop provided us with the super-cute paper straws we sipped our milk from. A perfect touch.
Although it's definitely a worthwhile sacrifice, dental school isn't easy--for the students or families. With the help of these AMAZING sponsors, the wives were able to enjoy an evening together stress-free. Thanks again for spoiling us!
In everyone's little gift bag there was candy and a handout with all our sponsors' logos printed. This could be used to take notes on during the presentation given by the Alliance of the American Dental Association. Roseman University also gave us some nice pens and the cool travel toothbrushes!
In just three months we have made so many great friends! Our special guest from the AADA is pictured on the right.
The table decor made possible with lots of help from The Flower Shop. If you live in the area, and haven't been up to Daybreak's SoDa Row, you need to! Juliana was so great to work with on this project, and her shop is so cool. All the shops up there are adorable.
We shared so many laughs that night, and got lots of great info about the AADA (a national dental association for spouses).
These are some of the delicious and cute fall flavors at The Sweet Tooth Fairy right now. Yum!!
To go with our cupcakes, we served milk in mason jars with these paper straws from So and Such etsy shop. I love them!
I took this picture the next day, but the cupcakes were displayed on these makeshift cake stands. I thought all these logs showing up around the party would be a nice fall touch.
All 18 of the Roseman wives who came. Thanks, girls!
